Andrew D. Stallings
Bio
Andrew D. Stallings is a former felony prosecutor with extensive criminal litigation experience. Andrew has tried dozens of cases ranging from driving while intoxicated (DWI) to serious and violent felonies. Andrew handles all types of misdemeanor and felony cases both at the State and Federal level.
Andrew is a native Midlander who graduated from Midland Lee High School. Andrew went on to graduate from Southern Methodist University in 2011 and received his B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Political Science. Andrew earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2014 and was admitted to the Texas Bar the same year. In 2019 Andrew was admitted to the Western District of Texas to handle Federal cases.
While in law school, Andrew was an intern at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office numerous times. After graduating, Andrew began his career as a prosecutor at the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office. Andrew then returned to Midland and worked as a felony prosecutor at the Midland County District Attorney’s Office before ultimately going into private practice and founding Wolf & Stallings, PLLC with his partner John Wolf.
