Andrew T. van der Hoeven
Bio
Andrew T. van der Hoeven is a proven litigator with experience in over 80 jury trials. He has tried numerous Violent Crime, DWI, Possession, and Theft cases and brings those experiences to bear on every case he takes. Andrew was a prosecutor for over a decade with the Midland County District Attorney’s Office, serving as a Felony Team Chief for over half his time with the DA’s office.
If you or a loved one has been charged with a crime, there is a high probability Andrew has handled the same type of case AT LEAST 25-50 prior times and been to trial numerous times for similar charges in the past. As a prosecutor he handled over 1,600 different criminal cases. He brings a wide breadth of experience and legal acumen to Wolf & Stallings and is eager to provide high caliber representation to clients in the Permian Basin and West Texas.
Andrew also knows and understands how juries in the Permian view different types of crimes and evidence and how they are likely to view punishment issues.
