About Wolf, Stallings & Mayo

Criminal Defense Services Across Midland, Odessa, Howard, and Ward Counties

Our firm was founded by two experienced criminal defense lawyers—John T. Wolf and Andrew D. Stallings. Before starting our firm, Attorney Wolf served in various roles in the legal profession, including serving as an Assistant District Attorney and prosecutor in Midland County, as well as a law enforcement officer on the local level and with the federal Immigration and Naturalization Service & Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms. Attorney Stallings is a native Midlander with similarly diverse legal experiences with the Harris County and Galveston district attorney’s offices. They are joined at Wolf, & Stallings & Mayo by lawyers Tyler R. Mayo and Andrew T. van der Hoeven, who bring robust prosecutorial and trial experiences to the firm, including an impressive track record in courtroom litigation and in drug and DWI law.
